DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed on the same day when placed before midday during a weekend, except where the product is stated to be on pre-order (in which case orders will be processed as items become available for dispatch).
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will usually be processed on the next business day in the United Kingdom, unless we are experiencing high volume orders. Automated email updates should notify you when products are sent out from the warehouse.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs can be based on the choice of shipping provider, the speed of delivery and the weight, size and value of the goods bring shipped.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are unable to guarantee shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive automated shipping updates when products are collected from our warehouse providing tracking details.
Customs, duties, and taxes
GSQ Trading Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
